Meet Mark Randolph
As a seasoned lawyer with 30 years in the profession, Mark Randolph is trusted by clients to successfully provide expert counsel in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His extensive experience lies in fiduciary litigation, contractual disputes, secured creditors rights, as well as will contests and trust disputes. In addition, his practice focuses heavily on real property related issues including purchases, construction-related disputes, landlord/tenant relationships and general litigation involving property ownership and use.
For 25 years, Mr. Randolph was a partner in the litigation section of Hornberger, Fuller and Garza. Mr. Randolph successfully represented clients in hundreds of disputes as lead trial counsel. During this time, he developed the ability to efficiently analyze disputes and develop strategic plans for successful litigation, while minimizing the impact on the clients’ ongoing business operations.
His success is based not only on his work as trial counsel but also on direct experience in business as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for The Khoury Group, LLC. While serving in these capacities, Mr. Randolph was responsible for dealership mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchases, financing, development, construction management and dispute resolution as well as succession planning and family business management. This direct business experience has enabled him to understand litigation in light of the realities of operating a business. While litigation is Mr. Randolph’s primary focus, this unique background enables him to guide a variety of clients in various industries in not only prevailing in litigation, but also providing strategic planning to avoid litigation and resolving disputes when possible.
Mr. Randolph has been honored to serve on various civic, business and ministry boards in San Antonio. In addition, he has served as an outside consultant to businesses to resolve internal labor & employment disputes and to reorganize business structures to operate more efficiently.
